5) No Offer / Invitation to Treat

Content on the Site does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase, sell or lease any property. Any booking, reservation or sale is subject to separate terms and documentation issued by First Option Company L.L.C.

6) Reservations, Payments & Refunds

• Reservation/booking fees (if any) are governed by the specific reservation form and/or sales documentation.

• We may reject or cancel a reservation at our discretion; refunds will follow the governing documents or law.
